About PhysioCare

Jennifer Blakeney first launched PhysioCare LLC in April, 2023 when deciding to expand her services and practice autonomously to better serve her clients.

Jennifer Blakeney first received her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy in 1981 from Boston University. She practiced for 5 years at University of Michigan Hospital in adult and pediatric rehabilitation. She completed her Master’s of Public Health from University of Michigan in 1988 in community health education.

Since 1991, Jennifer has practiced orthopaedic and women’s health specialty in several outpatient clinics in Cleveland, most recently at Sternen Physical Therapy
